🔄 Return & Refunds Policy

For any unused items, please submit your return or refund request via email within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

📦 Damaged Parcel

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost. Please email a photo of the damaged or faulty item to our support email, and we will resend the product along with covering the shipping cost.

💭 Change of Mind

If you change your mind and wish to return an unused product, you may do so, but the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost.

👎 Didn’t Like the Product

If you do not like the product and wish to return it for a refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another of the same value, please return the original item (shipping cost borne by the customer) and we will send the exchanged product. Note: Customizable products are NON-refundable & NON-exchangeable.

⚠️ Receiving the Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, we will resend the correct item and cover the shipping cost.

⏳ Parcel Not Delivered

If your parcel is not delivered on time, please inform us via email. If the issue persists, a new order will be dispatched at no additional cost.

❌ Cancellation During Shipping

Orders cannot be canceled while in transit. Customers may either reject the parcel upon delivery or return it.

📋 Return Instructions

Please share your tracking number when shipping back the item and ensure it is in its original packaging with all accessories included. We are not responsible for returns made without prior notification via email.
